Villa Pelagia is a brand new luxury residence (construction 2021), located in the Southernmost point of Crete, in front of a sandy beach with the White Mountains in the background along the Libyan Sea.

Guest access

There is free parking space for 2 vehicles just front of the central entance.
Nearby you can find a lot of restaurants with traditional food ,fish taverns mini markets cafes, and a very nice beach bar.
From Chora Sfakion a ferry boat departs for Gavdos, the most south part of Europe.
Also there are journeys for Loutro , Agia Roumeli ,Marmara areas.
The region is the best for walking, while for nature lovers there is a wonderful Kallikratis gorge.
You can also visit the Imbros gorge, which is also quite close to Fragocastello. A little bit further the Askifou plateau lies.

The space

Villa Pelagia is a luxury residence with private 32sq meters swimming pool in outdoor area just 50 meters away from the sea.

Entering the villa in the ground floor all guests can find, an open plan living area which opens to a specious furnished outdoor space.

A fully-equipped kitchen and dinning area as well as a common shower bathroom, the first bedroom is cocated just a breath of the pool and provides a king size bed .

The Upper floor provides two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a lundry area with washing machine.

Outdoor these is a barbeque area with a very big wooden table to enjoy your meals near the beach.

Wifi internet connection 54mbps provided also in all spaces indoor and outdoor for free.
